The people who come in and have to wait for a table, then place their orders and wait for their food are too often made to wait longer than they probably should. It’s often because the number of take-out orders we were getting increased that wait.
Unfortunately, we can only produce so many burgers at a time, and between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, it’s all we can do to keep up with the folks that are in the building.
